System.Type	targetType	The type of the target property.
System.Object	parameter	An optional parameter to be used in the converter logic.
System.Globalization.CultureInfo	language	The language of the conversion.

Type	Description
System.Object	True, if the TableAlignment value equals the parameter. Otherwise False.

Modifies the source data before passing it to the target for display in the UI.

Converts the bool value to the respective TableAlignment value.

Type	Description
System.Object	Returns the TableAlignment value specified by the parameter, if value is true. By default `TableAlignment.Left` is returned.

Modifies the target data before passing it to the source object. This method is called only in TwoWay bindings.
