Remarks

The GridRowResizingController handles mouse-based row resizing by dragging the bottom edge of supported rows. It mirrors the column resizing pattern of GridColumnResizingController on the Y axis and supports hiding rows (resizing to zero height) and restoring hidden rows through the resize indicator when AllowResizingHiddenRows is enabled.
