Specifies the text decoration style to apply within spreadsheet cells.

This enumeration is used with TextDecoration to add visual styling effects to text within cells. Text decorations provide additional emphasis or indicate specific content states.
- None - No decoration is applied to the text. This is the default style.
- Underline - Adds an underline beneath the text.
- LineThrough - Draws a horizontal line through the text (strikethrough).
Text decoration works independently of font style (italic), font weight (bold), or other formatting attributes. These can be controlled independently through other properties in CellFormat.
