    Class GanttWebMcpExecuteEventArgs

    Event payload raised by the dispatcher before any WebMCP tool runs. Hosts can cancel execution, request confirmation, override the cancellation sentinel, set a custom Result, or audit the call. This is the single, Gantt-prefixed event-args type for the WebMCP integration.

    Namespace: Syncfusion.Blazor.Gantt
    Assembly: Syncfusion.Blazor.Gantt.dll
    Syntax
    public class GanttWebMcpExecuteEventArgs : EventArgs

    Constructors

    GanttWebMcpExecuteEventArgs()

    Declaration
    public GanttWebMcpExecuteEventArgs()

    Properties

    Arguments

    Gets or sets the input arguments received from the agent. Keys are camelCase; values are native CLR types (string, long, double, bool, null, List<object?>, or another dictionary for nested objects). The dispatcher normalizes every JSON element so the host can consume the dictionary directly without walking JsonElement values.

    Declaration
    public IReadOnlyDictionary<string, object>? Arguments { get; set; }
    Property Value
    Type
    IReadOnlyDictionary<string, object>

    Cancel

    Gets or sets a value indicating whether the host has cancelled execution. When true the dispatcher returns a [USER_CANCELLED] terminal response and skips the built-in / custom handler.

    Declaration
    public bool Cancel { get; set; }
    Property Value
    Type
    bool

    CancellationResponse

    Gets or sets the cancellation response text. When the host does not assign this, the dispatcher emits the default [USER_CANCELLED] sentinel as a terminal, non-retryable signal. Non-nullable so the host can rely on a string value being present after the dispatcher short-circuits on Cancel.

    Declaration
    public string CancellationResponse { get; set; }
    Property Value
    Type
    string

    Command

    Gets or sets the exact built-in GanttWebMcpToolCommand member the agent invoked. For custom tools this is Custom.

    Declaration
    public GanttWebMcpToolCommand Command { get; set; }
    Property Value
    Type
    GanttWebMcpToolCommand

    Name

    Gets or sets the bare (un-prefixed) tool name. For built-in tools this matches the catalog name; for custom tools it is the developer-supplied Name.

    Declaration
    public string? Name { get; set; }
    Property Value
    Type
    string

    Result

    Gets or sets the result text returned to the agent. Required for Custom tools; optional override for built-in tools. When set, the dispatcher uses this text instead of the built-in handler's default response.

    Declaration
    public string? Result { get; set; }
    Property Value
    Type
    string

    ShowConfirmationDialog

    Gets or sets a value indicating whether the dispatcher should request confirmation for write tools. Read tools bypass this.

    Declaration
    public bool ShowConfirmationDialog { get; set; }
    Property Value
    Type
    bool
