Class DiagramConnectorTargetPointChangedEventArgs

Provides data for TargetPointChanged: a Connector's floating target endpoint finished being dragged in the WebView (EJ2's targetPointChange event, "Completed" state). See the remarks on DiagramConnectorSourcePointChangedEventArgs for the parallel source-side behaviour — these two types exist separately because they describe different ends of the same connector, and bundling them into one event with a discriminator would force subscribers to branch on it for otherwise-identical handling.
