Remarks
The event fires before an Undo operation is executed and is informational only.
Event argument properties are read-only at runtime and cannot be used to modify, cancel, or interrupt the undo operation.
Use this event for pre-undo logging, state preparation, or audit trails.
For bulk calls such as UndoAllAsync, this event fires once per action consumed by the loop, not once
for the bulk operation; audit code should expect N invocations when draining an N-action stack.
