Remarks

This interface is intentionally public in Syncfusion.Blazor.Charts. Host applications implement it (typically via ChartWebMcpTool) to declare custom tools. Catalog-only members that hosts must not supply (OutputSchema, Annotations) live on the internal IWebMcpCatalogTool and are not part of this contract.

Implementations are JSON-serialized and pushed to the browser via document.modelContext.registerTool at component registration time. Property names are camel-cased to match the W3C model-context descriptor.
