Methods
OnTop(Boolean)
When set to false, places the current time line and label behind the appointment
elements. Implemented by DOM reorder: the indicator element is inserted before the
first appointment anchor in the same container, so the line and label render beneath
the later-appended appointment elements. The default true renders the indicator
above the appointment elements.

ShowPreviousDates(Boolean)
When set to false, hides the previous time strips that are rendered on the current
view for the time period before the current time. The current time line and the time
label continue to render. The default true keeps the previous time strips visible.
