The ScrollersFrame is a component to customize the appearance of scrollbars for any scrollable control. It has built-in support to scroll the UI through context menu-like Microsoft scroll bars. The context menu appears when the horizontal or vertical scrollbar is right-clicked. It also supports customizing the appearance of scrollbar and localize the context menu items.
